Shipping & Payment
Shipment
We care about your newly purchased watch as much as you do. Therefore, we do everything to make sure your watch reaches you in perfect working order wherever you are. Our packaging materials are amply-sized and we take special care to protect fragile objects.
We make use of a trusted and insured delivery partner (DHL) and generally ship your parcel the next business day after receiving your payment.
Generally, delivery time within Europe is one business day and for the rest of the world 2-3 business days.
Payments
We offer various payment methods for your convenience. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order if we have not received payment within five (5) business days.
Paypal
You will be redirected to the Paypal website and asked to login to your Paypal account and confirm the payment. After the payment is processed you are redirected to our website and you will receive an email from Paypal to confirm the payment. You will also receive an order confirmation by email from us. Afterwards, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange for shipping.
Credit card
You will be redirected to your credit card provider’s secured payment environment. After completing the payment you will be redirected to our website and you will receive an order confirmation by email from us. Afterwards, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange for shipping.
Bank wire
If you would like to pay by bank wire, please get in touch with us and we will send you an invoice with a reference number to be used with the payment. Once we have received the exact amount on the invoice on our bank account, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange for shipping. Please be aware that we only ship a watch after your bank wire has cleared.

Returns & Exchanges
The right to return
In short, we’re not that difficult when it comes to returns and exchanges. We firmly stand behind our products and do our utmost best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
You have the right to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt of the product and there’s no need to tell us why. During this period you may do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate it. Think of it this way: you get to use it the same way you would if you were standing in our lounge. You may remove the product from its packaging unless the packaging contains a seal.
The return period will expire 7 days after the day you received the product.

Refund
Any products returned must be in their original condition. This includes any paperwork, user manuals, service papers and boxes. If the product is not in original condition, we may refuse the return or refund a lower amount.
As long as the products are returned to us in the original condition, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible, but within thirty (30) days.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us in good order. We do not accept any liability for products that are lost or damaged before they reach us.
Warranty
We thoroughly inspect every watch before offering it through our store and, when necessary, ensure that it is fully serviced. However, sometimes defects arise and therefore we can offer a 12-month warranty on a watch that is purchased. This warranty covers solely mechanical defects (related to the movement) and excludes issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.
Excluded from the warranty are, among other, the waterproofness of the watch, as well as breaking/loss of the glass, winding stem, winding crown, spring, buttons and pushers and such, and the strap/bracelet. Also excluded is damage caused by falling/bumping of the watch or through the presence of dirt or moisture in the watch.
The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. The warranty is void if the watch or movement is tampered with by an unauthorized party.
